Agata, Indico's artificial intelligence, originated from the "Rolá y Ganá" project by McDonald's Argentina. In the midst of the social isolation scenario, the campaign aimed to encourage consumers to access the Drive-thru not only with cars but with their preferred mode of transportation. To incentivize the return of customers, McDonald's used the Agata program, which promoted the scanning and reading of receipts within the McDonald's app, enabling the mapping of buying behavior profiles. The "buy, participate, and win" model was introduced, which generated a score exchangeable for products, stimulating customer returns.
The success of our project attracted other clients, such as "Outra praia," which utilizes artificial intelligence in the PromoNota campaign, and year-end shopping campaigns that promote the exchange of receipts for prizes and cashback. It has proven to be very promising for relationship-building and loyalty initiatives.
