Luiz Panareli

I'm Luiz Panareli, Gabriela's father, married to Vivi, graduated in Systems and Marketing, I started my career in large companies in São Paulo, after giving up working in family companies due to differences in ideas.

In 2009, after leading several teams, I stopped trying to change things in large corporations and decided to go back to entrepreneurship, I founded MyDBM, a data intelligence consultancy that turned out very well, and showed me that this was the way, in 2011, me and my partner opened a new company that would be the best data and customer relationship consultancy in Brazil, INDICO, which is not the best but is in the top 10, as my experience and technical knowledge and the knowledge of In my partner's business, we won many large accounts ranging from Coca-Cola to McDonalds, not only in Brazil but also in Latam.

In 2017, INDICO partners understood that they needed to put their "eggs in several baskets" so I moved to the United States, and in Silicon Valley, together with Plug'n Play, one of the largest incubators in the USA, we started a R&D and Innovation operation, studying the startup market and consultatively accelerating some startups. At this moment, we created our first Artificial Intelligence startup, G.AI.A.

I didn't stop there, and in 2019 I moved with my family to the Porto region in Portugal, where I still live today, and thus INDICO INNOVATION was born, a software development boutique specialized in creating tailored technological solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, most often focused on data, transforming them into strategic insights for our clients' businesses.In addition to the services provided, we accelerate some projects that we understand to be strategic for the market, acting as a Venture Builder where, with our own capital, we accelerate ideas in the area of ​​technology and innovation. These are part of our current portfolio of startups, the Fintech Alymente, which is the group's first scale up, with an estimated valuation of tens of millions of dollars, a spinoff of this business, Aly+, a HealthTech called Health4All, created for the Portuguese market, among other businesses in the ideation phase.

In all the companies I founded or co-founded, I continue to act as an advisor and direct the CEOs and management in strategic decisions, this is what I enjoy most, seeing the growth and success of the companies I participate in.
